I Have Never Received My Turbo Tax Card What Do I Do

ive never received my turbo tax carad. my tax return in already on the card. but NO card. What do I do?

Turbotax is having a problem with the security on their cards. They are going to want you to send in a your ss number, id and proof of address. They will tell you to allow 5-7 business days until they an lift the security problem off of your account, which will take a month or so. They will then reject your funds and send them back to University bank and University Bank will send you a check after they charge a $20 fee, because of something Turbotax has done. This I know, because I am going through it and so are thousands of other people. There are harsh consumer reports on the web in regards to this. The irs can track your money and have deposited to another account after the 30 days from the day it was deposited. 1-800-829-1040 is for the irs and 1-800-909-7228 for Univeristy Bank.
