Installing And Running Turbotax.

I downloaded turbotax 2009 from the web and used it last year. In Dec. 2010 when I needed a tax file, I could not open 2009. It said a parameter is missing. I tried everything on the web to fix but could not. Purchased 2010 turbotax on cd and cannot install on either of my computers. I have went to all sites to try and fix, but still cannot get it to work. The net framework is the problem on my desktop, but I do not know what the issue is on this computer. Do I need to try another tax prep software?
