Freedom Site Doesn't Show Up

I clicked on to use freedom site and put in all info. But it wants to charge for state return. It says it is on the Free site. Why does it show Freedom to choose from on home page but not when you go to actual turbo site it changes to free not freedom??

Your FEDERAL return is free, not your state return.
