Error 146

Have new computer and want to transfer 2010 personal tax file but keep getting error 146. File works fine on old computer. Have tried emailing backup copy and saving it to new computer and also tried transferring via thumb drive. Is there a way to get it working?

Sorry to tell you this, but your file is corrupted. If you filed online, you can get a copy; otherwise, you'll have to start over, unless you backed up a good version of the file somewhere.
