Can't Create A User Id In Myturbotaxcard.com

So I wondered if anyone else had this issue? I'm trying to create a user id on this site to track my refund and it gets hung up on the zip code saying my info is wrong. I've called and spoke to 6 different reps. Nothing they've suggested has worked and I still can't log in to see my account or anything. It makes me worry that I won't be able to use my card when my refund goes on it although I've been assured I will be able to. This is frustrating. They've confirmed all of my info, reset my pin, reset my zip code, everything.. still not working.

Try using (turbotaxcard.intuit.com) Ihope this will help you. I had the same problem,
