Turbo Tax Will Not Open

I purchased Turbo Tax Delux 2009 and installed it last week. I completed my taxes except for one item I was waiting for. I rec'd that item this weekend and tried to open Turbo Tax to enter the item and submit my taxes and now Turbo Tax will not open. What can I do?
