I Can Not Get The Text Or Auto Verification To Respond For 2 Tax Returns To Efil

I tried to get text and verbal verification to respond so I can efile 2 returns. I need RCMartin 42159 and terryak39, I would like these efiled ASAP The verification is all that is stoping it. Please fix or efile for me. Thank you. Connie Fisher
