Cannot Load Turbo Tax 2011. Getting 'you Do Not Have Administrator Rights'

My husband's old computer with OS Win XP has been infected with a virus/malicious software and I cannot use my Turbo Tax. I am trying to load his Turbo Tax software on a newer system that we ownown. I need help. I have not completed my personal software - and need to do so, Please help me understand what is happening. Thank you!

You have a couple of problems, neither of which involve TurboTax. Remove the virus and/or update your Windows software, TurboTax is not compatible with it any longer, even if you didn't have a virus.
