Can't Access Previous Years Information To Transfer To 2012 Return

WE have used Turbotax Deluxe for the past several years and decided tup upgrade to Premier this year. In the past we have received a CD in the mail and when we purchased the software, it automatically pulled up our previous information so we didn't have to re-enter all of it from scratch. This year we did not receive a CD in the mail but received an e-mail and when I accessed Turbotax Premier, I am having to update all of the information that was previously stored in our past returns. How can we pull this information into this year's return?
