Return Of Product

I have used your product for 3 years prior, and discovered that 2011 Tax cannot be done on my computer because it isn't compatible anymore w my system.  I would like my money back; this was not mentioned on the new product that I was aware of before I bought it.  I was told I could not return it through Office Depot.  This has created alot of stress and time as I was wanting to get my taxes done last week.  Now I will have to do them through H and R.  How do I get my money back?

The system requirements are stated everywhere: on the product, on the website, in the support information. Everywhere. TurboTax works on every major operating system; it would be very strange for it not to be "compatible anymore."
