I Filed On January 25th. Received Both Refunds, Yet No Turbotax Card. 15 Days.

Its been 15 days as of today. I have called all of the numbers avaliable and have gotten nowhere. Automated calls do nothing. I am 29 and this is my 4th year filing with TurboTax. This is the first problem I have had with them and I don't seem to be the only one.

It's not TurboTax's fault. Yell at the IRS.

It takes 8-10 BUSINESS days from the date your return was accepted to receive your card. On top of that, the IRS has announced a delay of 1-2 weeks because of "an unexpected number of returns." You can track your refund here: https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp
