What you should do is contact Turbo Tax customer service representatives immediately. These emails have been widelu received by Turbo Tax customers, and there is a large amount of online debate about how safe the link provided is. Turbo Tax has yet to verify that this is a trustworthy email and link, and there is some suspicion surrounding it since the link will prompt you to enter you SS#.

In order to protect your privacy, never give your Social Security number to a website or business that you are not familiar with. Instead, contact Turbo Tax directly for your refund information.

As an extra aside, you may not want to enter your email address or your private tax information access numbers on a public website. We wouldn't want you to have privacy problems. :)
