My Card Was Lost, And I Can't Log Into My Account. I Need Help Please!

I got my Turbotax Card and called the number on the sticker that says, to activate this card, call..., so I called that number. I then went on line using my phone and set up my account, as well as set up to receive messages via text messaging to keep me informed every time the card Is used. I get my balance updated and sent to me every morning Well I lost my card and have tryed to sign in, to report my card being lost, but it shows that my User name and Password are invalid. Does anybody know who I can turn to for help? I have also called the toll free number a dozen times, but am on hold for no less than an hour, and I have to hang up. I need a replacement card.
