how do i get a new card because my old one was stolen

If you lose your card or believe it to be stolen, you must immediately report your card lost or stolen. You can do so online at www.myturbotaxcard.com, or you can call 1-866-963-1620 to report it. We will cancel your card and transfer the funds from that card to a new card that will be sent to you. A fee for a replacement card may apply, please see your Cardholder Agreement at www.myturbotaxcard.com

Immediately contact the company who issued you the card and have that account closed. They will get a new card to you very quickly.
