Not Turning Correctly

When driving straight or turning left or right the left rear wheel rotates at slower rate than the right. When driving straight forward I have to adjust the positions of my handle bars to keep it straight. When zero turning it will turn right much sharper than on the left turn. The mower moves much faster when I pull the two handle bars together when engaged.
