A Property Owner Is Telling Me I Have To Pay First Before Getting The Lease?
I want to rent from someone but he is telling me I have to pay via flipkey before he can send the lease agreement to me...is this true? I am nervous this is a scam! How can I be sure?? Also, does trip advisor charge a booking fee of $48? he put that on the payment receipt.
