Unauthorized Booking
Hi, I made a booking request for a villa in Bali the night before I wished to go. The next morning I received a reply. saying it was unavailable. So I made other arrangements. There was a late cancellation and the organization then sent me an email 8 hours later asking should they accept my request. Because I was not on line, I could not answer. They then proceeded and charged me for the 2 day booking.This is even that I mentioned in an initial email I needed to have an immediate answer so I could make other arrangements. I have since emailed them to cancel the booking, but as yet no reply. Will I receive my money back?Regards Chris

Hi. With the said circustances, you are entitled to a refund but if the machant is not very helpful, then the most effective way to go about is to contact your Credit Card issuer. Tell the card issuer you would like to dispute a charge.
