A Question About Cancelling And Refund For A Trip
Hi Travel Zoo--
We were so looking forward to our trip to the West Hampton Bath and Tennis Club on August 20 and 21st. Our friends who were joining us daughter just got diagnosed with liver cancer. They of course now have to tend to their daughter and we are very depressed and are being supportive of them at this very stressful time. Can we both get a refund for our trip? We will be very happy to use Travel Zoo again when our friend's daughter is back up on her feet again. Thank you for your understanding this sad situation.
