False Information That Adversely Affected My Credit Score On Credit Report.

I recently received my credit report from Trans Union while I was re-financing my house. On the bottom of the report it stated a derogatory public record or collection filed.In 20010 Contra Costa County, CA put a lien on my house for allegedly not paying a $70 boat tax. They were in error. I had moved my boat to another county in May 2009. I informed Conta Costa County at that time that my boat had been moved and I was paying the taxes to Butte County, CA. They immediately sent me a Release of Lien. THEY had made the error. All other credit reporting agencies do not mention this issue. I can't get Trans Union to understand that the lien was a county error cleared up. I want it off of my record. What do I do.
