How Can I View A Message That Has Been Placed In 'my Folder'?
I put the message in My Folder, and now I cant read it. I put it in My Folder when I didn't have airtime. I dont know if thats why

Try contacting Customer Service. They have pretty good email support and I would go that route first. Might cause less of a headache, atleast in my opinion. It is good for questions, basic information, and complaints or suggestions.
