How Do I Get My Service Back To My Lg290c Tracfone?

So here's what i did. I have the LG 290c phone from Straight Talk and one day I was messing with the code entry mode and somehow accidentally disabled my phone service. I could receive calls, but not answer them.  Same with texts, I could receive texts, but not open them to see the full message. I called the support phone number (877-430-2355) and they were able to solve the issue relatively quickly. Here's how:

1. Make sure the disabled phone is your active Straight Talk phone.  You can do this by going to http://www.straighttalk.com/ and selecting SUPPORT --> PHONE UPGRADE.  From there login with your username (email or phone number) and password.
2. On the following page enter the serial number of the phone that is disabled. (You can find the serial number by going Menu --> Prepaid --> Serial Number. Then type in a nickname for that phone.
3. PS if the disabled phone is already your default phone used, then skip step 2 and go straight to step 4.
4. Go back into the code entry mode (Menu --> Prepaid --> Code Entry Mode) and type in the following code:

6. After entering that code select OK (a message should appear saying successful entry) and your phone will reset.  You're almost done...
7. Go back into the code entry mode (Menu --> Prepaid --> Code Entry Mode) and type in the following code:
8. 66688159611908453214925
9. Again, after entering that code, select OK (a message should appear saying successful entry) and you phone will once again restart.  After the restart, walla, your phone should be back to normal.

Hope that helps.  If for some reason you do not see the code entry as being successful, then your best bet is to call their customer service and have them walk you through it...probably entering different codes. Let me know how it all works out.... Thanks, -Blum

1St go to code entry mode and type in these numbers 

4338  4669  8278  1407  1835  393 And then call tracfone at there home page call them or email them and say what happened and thats it! :)
