Just Activated My Husband's Trace Phone,he Can't Receive Any Calls.why?
Our trace phone does not receive calls,can you help me with this problem.The message we get on our house and cell phone is the person you are calling is unavailable please call again later.The voice mail on this phone has been set up.We just activated this phone,and so far can't receive calls,no matter how many times I have tried.Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated....

Try contacting Customer Service. They have pretty good email support and I would go that route first. Might cause less of a headache, atleast in my opinion. It is good for questions, basic information, and complaints or suggestions.
