Exceeds Avaialbe Space

when i try to text on my tracfone it comes "Exceeds availabel space" on my screen. All my recent calls and messages boxes are empty. What are am ii doing wrong?

It could be a malfunction with the phone itself try taking it back to where you purchased it to see if they can help fix it or give you advice on where to take it to get it fixed but try calling tracfone customer service because they may now about the problem already.

ok so i was on the phone trying to fix this problem and waiting when i answer previously. I wrote down the sequence to fix it so hopefully I can fix it next time it happens. It is: go to: Menu/settings/security/enter lock code(last 4 of phone #)/reset default/ok/revert

My phone does the same thing. I have to call trac phone to have it fixed everytime and stay on the phone for anywhere from an hour to 3 hours and sometimes be tranfered about 4 or 5 times. Eventually they fix it but it always happens again after awhile.
