How Do I Add Phone Names And Numbers, When The Keys Have 4 Letters On Each Key?

Try contacting Customer Service. They have pretty good email support and I would go that route first. Might cause less of a headache, atleast in my opinion. It is good for questions, basic information, and complaints or suggestions.
