You need to contact tracfone customer service and tell them that you need the PUK code to unlock your device. verify your account with them and then they will give you the code. Record the code and put it somewhere safe in case you ever need it again.

The PUK code isn't something that comes with the phone itself but with the sim card for the phone. When you buy the sim card, the PUK code should be listed for it in the packaging. Each sim card has it's own PUK code. If you don't have the sim pack call:
