Why Is My Phone Stating 'call Restricted' Whenever I Attempt To Make A Call?
I added time and minutes to my Tracfone on 08//17/2012. Since that time my phone has been essentially nonfunctional. Initially when the number was called there was an automatic message stating that the phone was not in working order. I called on 08/20/2012 and spent over an hour on the phone and was led to believe the problem was fixed. Now when I attempt to use the phone I am unable to make a call as I get a message stating that the phone is call restricted. I need the phone operational. I am paying for the time. This phone is used for medical purposes and you by California law are obligated to get the phone functioning.
