The Phone Is Blank .. Except For Saying It's Fully Charged Then Goes Back Blank.

I had not charged my phone in 3 or 4 days .. it was completely blank ..now it says it's fully charged , but goes blank again .. will not register numbers .. there is nothing .. what can I do? it's an LG trackphone .
