or call customer service here 800-867-7183 and they can reset your voicemail password

To Reset Your Voicemail PIN:
  1. Go to TracFone.com
  2. Go to the Support Tab, and Click Voice Mail under How To
  3. Enter Your Phone Serial# and Phone Number
