Why I Can't Download Music, But Can Charge Phone, With Computer? Tracfone Lg 5oo
my computer is a Gateway E series tower, Windows xp, and when i connect the tracfone lg 5oog to the computer, I CAN CHARGE IT, BUT it's not even recongized on the MY COMPUTER page, nor in windows media player; but when my daughter put the phone on her computer, her computer i think is Dell with the same OS: WINDOWS XP, the phone uploaded just fine and quickly. Why is that? I have music from her computer. How do i get the music from my computer?
