Battery Icon On New Lg Tracfone Just Purchased.

THE BATTERY ICON HAS A CIRCLE IN FRONT OF THE PICTURE OF THE BATTERY WITH ONE RED DIAGONAL LINE THROUGH IT;  WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

It isn't battery icon, it's "location" can be used to track phone location. red line means it's off. go to settings on main menu, then scroll down to location to change it
