Is There A Way To Get Response From Tracphone?

Then she got help trying to activate again this week to no avail. the 30 day plan will be gone soon and still the phone is of no use. Sorry for your problems--but you seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Tracfone. Here are some steps to consider, in order:
- Complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/tracfone/Corporate%20Office
- Complain to the consumers bureau of the Federal Communications Commission, at 888-225-5322
In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies.
