My Safelink Phone Is Lost Or Has Been Stolen. What Should I Do?

Call their customer service ( 1-800-378-1684) and report that your device is missing, they will handle the rest from their end. It seems calling toll-free numbers isn't actually free from Safelink phones, so use a landline or something if you can.
