I Have Lost My Phone Number And Don't Know It How Can I Get It?

I have a safelink phone and am 70 years old. I need someone to tell me my phone number. I have a sight problem and don't know how to retrieve my number on my phone. How can I get my phone number?

press the menu key and scroll down to my phone number and use the ok key have someone help you it is easy
