Do You Own A Lg290c Tracfone? Can You Get Your Pic's Off The Phone?

  My screen name is "screwedbytrac"  and I would like to inform everyone who has bought a LG290C TracFone that has found that they are unable to transfer their pictures from their phone by email, picture message, Bluetooth, data cable, or any other method, and if you have been told by Tracfone that this phyone is not able to transfer pictures to another location, computer, phone, or email.   I am sure that Tracfone will delete this message as soon as they see it because of the content and if it gets deleted it will add to the final outcome of this message as attempting to cover up this problem with this phone. This will also be available on our website at http://www.bearwebdesigns.com/TracfoneCase and they will not be able to delete that website so you may want to go there anyway.     Owners of this phone who discovered it will not transfer the pictures are joining together for a Class Action Lawsuit to demand TracFone replace these defective phones with equal or better models with the same or more features without cost or obligation to the original purchasers of this model phone.     This is being funded by a private tracfone customer that had this model took three pictures that were of critical importance to him, worth over 1.9 million dollars of which he could not collect because he was unable to transfer the three pictures off this model phone even after atempting spending nearly three hours on the phone with tracfone and only got an answer of "sorry but this phone is unable to transfer pictures to an email or computer."  This customer not only having loss the 1.9 million dollars for the three pictures but has a camera that in his words "is like buying a regular camera to take pictures with that does not have or have a way to place film in it!"  "what is the point of even having the camera if it is useless?"     This class action suit has been filed on 07-25-2011 at 9am CST. and is open for anyone who had purchased this model TracFone on or before this date and time. It has also been moved for the courts to accept deletion of this posting from any TracFone forum by TracFone as an admission of knowledge and/or guilt on TracFone's part.  As of this posting there is already over a thousand customers that have signed up for this suit and if you wish to sign up it must be done by 08-25-2011 to be included in this suit.
