Double Minutes ?

My wife and had I have been a Tracfone customers for many years. The records will indicate that. Are the double minute cards available anymore and if they are please tell us where they can be purchased? Is Tracfone still honoring the 30 free minute certificates we received when we purchased out latest replacement phones? Please advise since we will soon have to purchase minutes and if double are no longer available plese advise

Why are double minutes available at your website only and what was the reason for changes ???

Has it ever entered into anyones mind that many of your end users do not have computers?

We have a computer but are seriously considering a different carrier for our cell phone service if your original policy of obtaining double minutes has changed.

Please explain in "complete" detail what steps are needed to aquire double minutes with Tracfone ............
