Is There A Website That Has The Babies R Us Company Policies Available?
I am looking for company policy on having a relationship with another employee, and both of us are not in management, just hourly associates.

I have worked for them. You can get the information from the computer. All rules and guidlines are on the computer system and are available to any employee. If you don't have access to the information, get a supervisor or manager to look them up for you. You are entitled to this information as an employee and should have been given this information during orientation. The person in charge of orientation is responsible for giving you this information.
The best I can remember, there is no regulation stating employees, not in a supervisory role, can not date.
