Case # 1601210850. Rav 4

We have attempted to resolve the problem we occurred with our Rav 4. The legal claims department sent a letter stating the inspected the vehicle however, the auto body where this was done said they only sat in the vehicle and pressed the pedal up and down. Clearing they should have simulated the claim characteristics which was done while the vehicle was running and moving. The car has not been driven since Dec 5, the date of the accident. I can I get some help?
