Radio And Navigation System Will Not Turn On Following A Battery Jump Start.

Following a battery jump start, my radio and navigation system will not turn on. The screen lights up but says "no dvd. Please insert map dvd" nothing works no sound, radio navigation or mobile. I try presssing on power button on dash or steering wheel and it will not work or gjve any different screen or msg. I placed a new battery. I checked both fuses, in the engine and the one under left dashboard and they are both fine. What could be wrong?
