Warning Light And Vsc Off Light

i had dual exhaust installed on my 08 tundra and when leaving the shop i gunned it like anyone wanting to hear the new rumble. when i got to about 55mph the truck felt like it stalled, the vcs off light and the warning light next to it came on. i turned around and went back to the shop, ultimately the guy read the fault and it said a cylinder was misfiring. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?
