Toyota Rav4 2008

Black smoke is coming out of the exhaust & not the same power like it used to be. Went to a Toyota garage, they said it was the no2 injector, I replace it, still the same problem. Went to a injector specialist, they say nothing wrong with injectors, it was the exhaust that's causing a blockage, therefor black smoke, piece of exhaust was taken out, but still the same problem. Now my car is using lots of water & no water on the ground, so I don't know where it is going.

Kinda sounds like the engine is blown. at the very least you are describing a very blown head gasket. The easiest way to tell is by looking at the tailpipe while its running. If the head is leaking the water/antifreeze will come outta the exhaust. The black smoke is oil(not burned that would be white smoke) seaping into the exhaust from the thrashed head and getting hot and evaporating in the exhaust pipe. Im sorry to give such a grim educated guess and hopefully im wrong since this diagnosis shoulda been well within the toyota techs knowledge. The head gasket being blown and the head probably cracked is exactly what the symptoms you have described tho.
