How Do I Participate In The Vsc Trac Recall On My 2004 Sequoia Sr5?

A bulletin was sent out to Toyota dealers about the VSC Trac failing on certain Sequoia models which stated that the computer needed to be re-flashed to correct the problem, but when I contacted my local dealer, he said he had never heard of such a thing. Thousands of owners have had the problem, but I don't know where else to turn

I was faced with many dangerous situations on my recent trip to California when the vehicle seemed to disengage from the drive train, but I was able to continue as normal upon decelerating to around 50 mph. The VSC light was flashing when this occurred. I don't know how to get Toyota to correct the problem, which they said they'd do at no charge to the customer in their bulletin.

If there's a recall on this vehicle, take it to any dealer, who should repair it at no charge.
