2000 Rav4 Won't Start.
Daughter was driving car and it just stopped. it has not started since. I thought the fuel pump since the computer and the timing belt have both been replaced recently. I cant hear the pump running with key on. Cannot find were to hookup fuel pressure guage. don't have one any way. tried to crank while spraying starter fluid in the thottle body. car still not starting. Now I am concerned about changing the pump and it not being the problem.
