#1 Misfire 2000 Toyota Echo 106558km

#1 misfire, changed oil, plugs, coils, MAF sensor, computer, added a ground from motor to body. Sputtering ,jerking, stalling, lots of injector cleaner through her, LUCAS, gas line antifreeze, ethenol to dry up water. Paper towell used to dry up any moisture in the plug holes Some days works like a new car some days hardly runs. cant find any cracks in the wire harness. Worse at low speeds, sometimes bad on highway, if acting up give it more gas and it works good, goes up hills no problem, lots of power, some days burns little gas 1/8 tank for my trip next day 1/2 tank for same trip. So now what next, do u think it could be the crank or cam sensor, or maybe the temp sensor after the thermostat. all expensive, which one should I try first ??
