Keeps Blowing Fuses

tail lights ,parking lights ,dash light don't work. When I attempt to replace fuse something keeps blowing them out.

Make sure that your ground wire from the bat to the engine is first rate and check the ground wire for the efi circuits( located on the passenger side of the motor just below the aluminum air intake, about in the middle,a large wire bolted on). If it blows when the car starts, then it's very likely because of peak power.
Try removing the fuses and replacing them after the car has started (with running engine).
If it blows then, it's a sign that peak power isn't the issue here.
