Starter Switch Relay Tail Lamp

hi my termal post wire was lose on batery. so fix it burn flasher&harder fuse.so i changed it it ok and now it wont starter&no power at rear lamps the only way it would starts is that iput singnal flasher on . it has anti theft starter switchi I THINK ITS STARTER RELAY SWITCH &TAIL LAMP.
