- Don't guess, get the codes read but i could see a scenerio where *maybe* a trans speed sensor or wheel speed sensor MIGHT CAUSE the warning light. Some of those systems are dependent on others. in this instance, i would go to a reputable ASE shop or the dealer for diagnosis. I suggest you check this page for more solution info.

first of all try resetting your car. in order to reset your car you will have to turn it on hold for 5 seconds turn it of again. repeate the process for about 5 times continuousy. even then if your abs light is on then you will need to get the system checked at an autorepair shop. if there is no damage to the system then its barely gonna cost you any money. if the damage is intense it could cost about 200$
