Battery Not Detected

hi, time to time message is appears like "battery not detected". laptop is under warranty. one time i have sent to workshop, but still same. i call them, they seid, bring again to check. thanks, Vahram

Greetings - Though inconveniencing, taking it back again would be best to avoiding voiding the warranty and later dicover that the issue is due to a faulty/failing hardware from from Factory.
