Screen Won't Come On

my Toshiba screen won't com and, when I start it up just the fan will go for a minute and then the laptop will shut off. What should I do go to can I fix it? Please help

Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for

60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and

later put the battery back into the laptop.
