Frozen Cursor

I have a toshiba satellita C855d and my cursor is frozen, No touch pad. HELP

The touchpad driver software for your Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5320 may be corrupted that requires reinstallation. You should reinstall the touchpad driver using the software CD that came with the package of your laptop.
