Toshiba C650d Will Not Boot From Hdd Or Recovery Discs.

When choosing any option (windows repair or start system normally)it goes to black screen with the cursor active but goes no further

Sorry for your problem. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you the exact solution since there are several possible causes of computer black screen problem.  Some of these are the following:
  • Corrupted Boot Sector
  • USB Still Attached
  • New Hardware
  • Not Enough Power
  • Faulty Ram
  • Display Adapter Error
